THE Board of Trustees and Executive Council of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), a non-governmental organization, has announced the appointment of three new members to its Executive Council.

“Given WIMBIZ’s commitment to inspiring and empowering women to achieve their potential, the organization continuously engages credible female leaders who can make significant contributions to the achievement of the WIMBIZ vision to be the catalyst that elevates the status and influence of women in management, business and public service and their contribution to national development”, says the Chairman, WIMBIZ Board of Trustees Mrs. Ifeoma Idigbe.

The new executive council members are: Mrs. Ebisan Akisanya, a senior analyst with Chevron Nigeria Limited. Akisanya has about 20 years’ experience and has held various positions of increasing responsibility in Policy Government, Public Affairs and Nigerian Content Development Departments.

Mrs. Ngover Ihyembe-Nwankwo is a Senior Banking Professional with over 15 years’ experience in Nigerian Financial Services Industry across a wide range of functions including Transaction Banking, Sales, Credit and Multinational Corporate Relationship Management. Ihyembe is deeply committed to Nigeria and Africa and has a passion to drive socio-economic change through the empowerment of entrepreneurs.

Ms. Ronke Onadeko is a seasoned businesswoman with over 25 years’ experience in the areas of oil and gas operations, trading and marketing and management.
