The Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, has approved the appointment of Onyemaka Kenneth as the Managing Director of Delta State Signage and Advertisement Agency (DESAA).

The Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, has approved the appointment of Onyemaka Kenneth as the Managing Director of Delta State Signage and Advertisement Agency (DESAA).
The engagement letter, signed by Secretary to State Government (SSG), Festus Ovie Agas, said the appointment took effect from June 1, 2017.
DESAA will take charge of the management of signage and outdoor advertisement assets in the state.
As part of government’s determination to regulate signage and outdoor advertising activities in the state, the state House of Assembly recently passed the state structure for signage and advertisement agency amendment bill, which has been signed into law.
