Leadway Pensure PFA has rolled out several interesting social media features ranging from a full-fledged cartoon series, to pictorial dos and don’ts for job seekers, customer service chat touch-points for enquiries and service requests, and educative content on the pension industry and creating a work-life balance.

The enjoyable cartoon series, “The Life of Mr. P” for example captures elaborate stories detailing the importance of Wills, Financial prudence, Preparing for retirement early, etc.

Activities are also frequent and regular on Facebook and Twitter, the conduits through which the organization engages with its clients.

In addition to this, Leadway Pensure recently launched its mobile app, giving full account access to registered clients to monitor their accounts, carry out changes and updates, rate services rendered, amongst other features.
 
In a statement by the company, the inclusion of a customer touch-point makes it an even more attractive avenue for customers to contact the organization seamlessly and at no added cost.
