FITC, a special purpose not-for-profit professional services organisation,based in Nigeria and extending its borders in the West African sub-region, has announced the appointment of Ms. Bimpe Olufemi as the Head of its Consulting operations. .

Prior to this appointment, Ms. Olufemi was the Founding Director of BibliDoodles Ltd, a start-up graphics design outfit. She has over 25 years of professional experience working for FTSE 100 Multinationals, Large corporates and SMEs/Start-ups in the following industries: Financial Services, Technology & Telecoms, New Media and Retail.  

She has a first degree in Psychology from the University of Ife and holds a master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. As Digital Banking Head for West Africa at Standard Chartered Bank, she was instrumental in building up the business, which successfully placed Nigeria and West Africa on the Standard Chartered digital map.  During the same period, she revitalised the ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ initiative in Nigeria, which resulted in an award for ‘most improved country’ across the Group.
