Firm unveils on-line business platform
Speaking at the unveiling, Chief executive officer of the firm, Jeroh Tejiki, said the decision to create the platform was informed by the need to provide an on-line intermediary between businesses \ contractors and talented freelancers.
His words: ‘’Talents like commerce is moving on line. As Africa’s first on line work place, Alance represents new chapter of innovation of how business or contractors will hire and collaborate with talented professionals to complete projects’ he said.
According to him, the targeted professionals include IT professionals, application and web developers, graphics designers, social media marketers and search engine optimizers, among others. The platform is also structured for contractors (the hirer) and freelancers (the hired) to easily share files, documents, images, designs, messages and other necessary details.
Speaking further, Tejiki added that the firm intends to expose businesses to a verified, assorted and talented pool of skills while professionals can expand their visibility, showcase their skills in order to earn valuable recommendations or patronage via Alance.co.
“In Africa, about 300 million individual have access to internet and professionals make up of 70 percent. This means there is an earth sized pool of freelance professionals on the continent, yet most businesses and entrepreneurs still limit their hiring search to the local talents available to them adding that, Alance as a result is creating the online platform for business owners and individuals to hire quality talents or professional in few minutes regardless of the location and this reduces the difficulty in finding, hiring and managing proven professionals as their respective profile and job features are stated on the platform” he stated.
