Determined to improve quality governance and economic viability, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Crystal Marketing Centre Ltd, Dipo Ojedeji, is set to launch a book, ‘Leadership and Entrepreneurship Series (LESs)’, a solution designed towards building future leaders and entrepreneurs.

Speaking at the pre-launch of the book co-authored by Dipo Ojedeji and Aderonke Faseru, Ojedeji said the future of any nation depends on her ability to build future generation of leaders and entrepreneurs and effectively manage emerging challenges.

According to him, the commitment is to deliver a curriculum with books, web pages and other resources that will meet global standard.

“We will start by teaching some aspects of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria because if we say we are building leaders of institutions and corporations, they need to know the basics,” he said.

On why LESs is unique, he said: “More than 80 per cent of secondary schools in Nigeria do not have any programme on leadership aside what the curriculum address in citizenship or civics.

The curriculum unfortunately treats few leadership topics as an academic exercise, which makes it ineffective. This is addressed in the LESs solution.
