Bank Anthony Okoroafor has emerged the new Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN) chairman at the just-concluded yearly general meeting in Port Harcourt.

He replaced Emeka Ene, who steered the affairs of the Nigerian oil industry’s oldest association for the past four years.

He was elected along with other new board executives, including: Gbolahan Lawal, Secretary; Wole Ogunsanya, assistant secretary; Emmanuel Onyekwena (ex-officio) and Chubby Ibe (ex-officio).

Other board executives were unopposed, hence, they maintained their positions.
