Ali-Balogun bags NIPR lifetime awards

Principal Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of the NECCI Limited, Mrs Nkechi Ali-Balogun has been conferred with the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’, 2017 by the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, Lagos.

The award was based on the result of a survey with of a wide range of criteria, which included: overall achievement, commitment, consistency, passions, creativity, leadership, and advocacy for women inclusion, among others.

Ali-Balogun, the founder of NECCI Public Relations Roundtable received the recognition for her meritorious contribution to the public relations practice, inspiring younger practitioners especially the females and in the growth of the Institute over the years.

She was the leading Public Relations practitioner and strategist as well as being the first female chairman of the of the Lagos branch of the Institute,

The award presentation took place at the annual Lagos PR Industry Gala and Awards (LaPRIGA) night, at the Four Points by Sheraton, Hotel, Lagos with industry chieftains in attendance.

A Fellow of the Institute, Mrs. Ali- Balogun has in the recent past received “The Most Outstanding Public Relations Practitioner Of The Year for two consecutive years and also the Red Media Living Legend Award.
