The Founder of GreyDots AI, Arnold Agure-Dam, has announced that the company’s much-anticipated AI launch event will now hold June 14, 2024.
Originally set for June 6, 2024, the change in date was due to the nationwide strike by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC), which disrupted transportation and logistics across the country.
Arnold Agure-Dam explained: “The strike had significantly disrupted movement across the country, leading to the closure of all airports and making travel for many of our esteemed attendees, particularly those traveling from outside Lagos, unfeasible.”
He said despite the setback, the venue remains unchanged. The AI debut will be held at Fantasia Hall, Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos.
“We understand that this change may cause inconvenience to our attendees, partners, and stakeholders. However, the safety and well-being of everyone involved remain our utmost priority. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change in schedule.”
